Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship is a rapidly evolving discipline of solving real-world social problems using best practices from entrepreneurship, 业务, 以及一些STEM学科. The focus of the minor’s required classes will be on applying the social innovation and entrepreneurship processes to real-world problems. Example problems include improving stroke therapies, 预防儿童肥胖, fighting neurotoxic algae due to climate change, 等.

Courses completed at another accredited college can be transferred to this degree program. Transferred courses must be reasonably close in scope and content to the required courses offered at UNE in order to count as exact equivalents. Otherwise, they may transfer as general electives.
